Mummy’s Place Founder, Dr. ‘Lola Oshin Bags NUJ Award
Multiple award winner and the founder of Mummy’s Place International Nursery and Primary School, Dr. Damilola Oshin yesterday bagged an award of excellence as a distinguished Ondo State amazon in Education and Human Development.
She was honoured alongside other notable Nigerians by the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Ondo State Council during activities marking this year’s Press Week in recognition of her remarkable contributions to the development of education in the state.
Speaking on her nomination for the prestigious awardt, the NUJ State Chairman, Prince Leke Adegbite noted that the union has lots of respect for Dr Oshin and that the award was its own way of recognizing and celebrating her for her numerous contributions.
In her response, the over elated awardee appreciated the gesture just as she affirmed that it will spur her to do more .
She also promised to continue to prioritize education and human capital development.
Mummy’s Place School in 2022 won the President’s overall Best Private School Excellence Award with a 18 seater bus awarded the school by the federal government.
