The Bodies shares in the sorrow and pains at this period with Your Excellency, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa. While we join you to mourn this shocking tragedy of unimaginable proportion, we equally wish you success in your endeavors as the 7th executive governor of the State.
Describing Akeredolu as a courageous individuals who doesn’t mince words but someone who speaks truth to power, Sir David Ologun said the death is a big loss for the state and for the Southwest as a whole. He impacted greatly on humanity in developmental politics. All we can say for now is that may his soul rest in peace.
It is indeed a great loss for the nation. This is a man that rose to the height of his chosen career, the bar. He rose to become a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. Akeredolu has already been written his name on the sand of time as a Fearless fighter, Voice of the Voiceless, lover of justice and humanity, who will be greatly missed by all and soundry within and outside the state. His great achievements during the period he administered the state could not be over emphasized particularly in the security architecture of the state via the establishment of the South West Security Agencies codename Amotekun of which their activities in conjunction with other Security Agencies in the state has brought about relatively peace in our dear sunshine State .
It’s of great pain and sorrow that the entire people of the state mourned your death considering the great legacy you had left behind particularly in the political developments of our dear state. As a mortal , the only thing we don’t have control over in this world is death as God Almighty who was the Creator of every human souls could take away the breath from whosoever He wishes without anybody questioning His authorities. So , on this note, the APBN ,as a big family once again prayed with a heavy heart that God would console the family you left behind and also give them fortitude to bear the unrepairable loss.
